Stillness

The day’s fading light
reveals more than you
could ever know.

Undernaked branches we listen
to ageless murmurs
and silent laughter

Round and round the colour blurs
So much potential in
its delicate shades

Slow down – sit next to me
by the candlelight
Breathe away your troubles and
sigh away your aches

Photos taken in Vork and Ravning, April 2018.

I did not expect to fall in love with this place, and now I cannot wait to go back and breathe her in again.
