This week, let’s take a closer look at that skein of Posh Yarn Martha I received at the last Amiras Swap.

I just realised it is a deep shade of red, makes me think of cranberry sauce or something similar.  It’s a merino, cashmere and nylon base – the content is similar to Skinny Bugga!

It is already queued to be knitted up as a Clothilde shawl, whenever I get time to get around to it, that is.  It’s so pretty, isn’t it?  I love the variegation and I hope it would show up well in the knitted fabric.  Thanks again, Shyma for  this wonderful skein of Painted Lady.
